Pricing : Prices are in UK pounds sterling.
  Prices in other currencies are approximate, and the actual price paid may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and bank / card provider charges.
   
Availability : If an item is "In Stock", please be aware that this is either in stock at the shop or at our warehouse. If your order is urgent, please include this information with your order, so we can offer a better service.
   
  Please allow a reasonable time for your delivery to arrive, especially if buying a gift. If you require an item by a specific date, please state this in the 'special instructions' box during checkout and we will endeavour to expedite the item for you.
   
Payment : We only accept PayPal payments.
   
Returns & Refunds : If you no longer require an item, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can cancel your order.
 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, if you wish to return an item please contacts us within 3 days and we will provide you with return details. When returning an item please make sure the product is complete and unused and unworn for health and safety reasons. If an item is received faulty please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue. We can only accept the item in its original and unopened package and in the same condition that it was sent out. Customers return items at their own cost. Postage costs are not refundable (unless we are at fault) and if the item purchased had free p&p then a small charge may be made to cover our loss in postage. We cannot issue any refunds or send out any replacements until we have received item back in original and unopened the package.

We are unable to accept undergarments return due to health and safety.

Overseas Returns : IMPORTANT : Overseas customers Returning goods from outside the EU - It is most important that the packaging containing the returned items are marked clearly as RETURNED GOODS, Failure to do this may cause customs charges to be applied to the returned consignment.

In the event of either of these occurring, Lush Company may at it's sole discretion deduct the charge from any refund due.

Damaged Items : In the event of goods arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Limitations of Liability: We will make every endeavour to deliver your order promptly, however we reserve the right to delay, suspend or cancel your order for any reasonable cause. Lush Company will not be responsible for any incidental loss or damage, however caused.
Overseas customers : Imports into your country may be subject to import duty if you are not within the EU. You are liable for any duties that may be imposed.
Status in Law : All transactions and interactions with Lush Company are governed by English Law.
